(COD to POD)

I understand your concern that you want to pay for your order '' before delivery.

We would like to let you know that below mentioned are the steps to convert the Cash on Delivery orders to prepaid order:

1. You will see a new button 'PAY NOW' on App only if all the above criteria are met
2. This will also be available to you when a Dispatched communication is triggered to you through an email
3. Once you click on this button, a new page will open up with the list of payment options
4. You will have the option to select from Net banking, Credit Card, Debit Card to make the payment (EMI, EGV, Wallet payment method will not be available)
5. Once the payment is successful, you will be redirected to the 'Order Details' page with the new payment mode and appropriate message
6. Payment information will be sent to EKL and payment mode will be updated to prepaid, so that EKL will not ask you for payment at the time of delivery
7. If the payment is unsuccessful/ fails, you will see a failure message and can retry the payment after 30 mins

However, we'd like to let you know that the courier service providers will reattempt the delivery on January 03, 2018 and they will make at least three attempts to deliver your shipment.



(Attempts exhausted)

I am sorry to let you know that your order has been cancelled as the seller’s partnered courier service provider could not find anyone at the delivery address to collect the package despite several attempts.

If you’d still like to buy the product, you can place a new order for it anytime. Please make sure that either you, a friend or a family member is available at the address to collect the package when it is out for delivery.


(Serviceability of Pincode)

I am sorry to let you know that the product '' cannot be delivered to your address as the serviceability of an area depends on many factors such as seller's location, delivery address and also the type of product.

If you'd like, you can have the item delivered to your office, a friend or family member's address which is serviceable.

Alternatively, you can choose to get it delivered at a pickup store closest to you if one is available in your area while you place an order from our app.

To check if an area is serviceable, visit the product page on our website or app and use the ‘Check Availability’ feature by entering the pin code.

The sellers and courier service providers are rapidly expanding their services and hope to deliver in your area soon.

(Out of delivery Area)

I am sorry to let you know that your order was cancelled by the seller as their partnered courier service provider were not able to deliver the product to your address. This is because they no longer serve this pin code and this update was shared with us after you had placed your order.

If you’d still like to buy the item, you can place a new order and choose to have it delivered at a different serviceable address.

I would like to let you know that you can still convert the Cash on Delivery (CoD) transaction to prepaid using PhonePe payment option via payment link in the Out for delivery SMS from Ekart.

Important Points:

- The payment link would remain active until the time of delivery
- Once the payment is successfully made, the payment will start reflecting as 'Prepaid' in Wishmaster's device
- You will get an OTP for the transaction which needs to be shared with the Wishmaster for payment confirmation

Eligibility criteria to avail COD to POD payment conversion

- Courier service provider is Ekart
- Current payment mode is CoD (Cash on Delivery)
- PhonePe payment app should be installed/ available
- This payment option is available only in selected regions

Available Payment methods:

- PhonePe Wallet
- PhonePe UPI
- Saved Credit/Debit cards in the PhonePe App

Price Discount on Exchange

I understand your concern about the maximum discount you can avail in exchange of your old product with new one on our Platform.

I'd like to let you know that 'Condition Assessor' is a new inbuilt feature in the Flipkart app for product exchange which allows customers to run a series of test on their mobile phones that is being exchanged and offer them the best exchange price based on the phone's condition.

The ‘Condition Assessor’ will show the minimum discount if your mobile phone does not meet the minimum criteria to be eligible for a higher discount on exchange or if any of quality checks are skipped. The exchange price shown on the ‘Condition Assessor’ for exchange of your old mobile phone depends on the sellers and can change any time based on sellers’ discretion.

Important points:

The 'Condition Assessor' is currently available ONLY for select mobile phones and is not available for any Windows or Apple phones
To get the best price, customers must place the exchange order from the device he/she wants to exchange from the latest version of Flipkart app on the playstore
The mobile's IMEI number must be registered with Flipkart
If the 'Condition Assessor' test fails, customers will be allowed to re-test the phone by selecting 'Retest' option
It's optional for customers to provide old accesories at the time of delivery
Exchange will be rejected by the Wishmaster, if the screen is cracked/damaged
