We completely understand and this isn't something we would want you to go through.
We would like to let you know that since the item is marked ‘Out for Delivery’ on our system, we’ll need to wait for the courier service provider to update the delivery status before the return request can be fulfilled.
No worries, this shouldn't take more than 24 hours.
Once that is done, you'll get the confirmation message regarding your return request.
However, the seller has created a return for your item but due to status not updated it has been on hold. As the status gets updated the return request will be accepted and it will be replaced by July 15, 2019.
If you'd like to request the return now, you can do it by following the below steps:
- Go to 'My Orders' section of your Flipkart account by clicking here: http://fkrt.it/bqWLi~NN
- Select 'Return'
- Enter the last four digits of your invoice number under 'Confirm delivery using invoice number' section
Once you update the details, the seller will work towards fulfilling your request and you will get an update with more details through an email and SMS.
