resilience is a very important skill in life if you don't know how to be resilient then you need to learn because you need to bounce back from problems you might feel like its impossible but nothings impossible you'll get there in the end it just takes time it goes slow honestly but when your there you feel so good and if you need help ask for it don't be afraid nobody is going to think bad of you for asking for help everybody needs help sometimes and that's ok don't push anybody away because there just trying to help you which is amazing so take the help don't push it away because when your chance has gone its over that's when things go wrong take the help I cant tell you enough how important it is to help I've had to have a lot of help and use a lot of my resilience don't push it away keep it use it but don't abuse it bounce back be happy be healthy and think about how much people love you I know is hard to forget but you think what's the point of holding on forgive forget remember people love you and would do anything for you
