Account deactivation

Here's how you can deactivate your account:

1) Just go to: https://dl.flipkart.com/dl/account/deactivate?cmpid=chat_promo_deactacc
2) Log in to your Flipkart account.
3) Enter the password in the text box.
4) Click ‘Confirm Deactivation’.

In case you change your mind, simply log in to Flipkart website with your registered email address or mobile number and password.

You'll need to enter the one-time verification code that'll be sent to your email address or phone number and your account will be fully restored.

Please note that you can re-activate your Flipkart account only from the website at the moment and not from any of our app platforms.

Cod Availability ( CHAT)

I would like to let you know that COD service availability in any area depends on various factors such as the seller's location, delivery address and also the type and price of the product.

At this moment, none of our sellers are offering the Cash on Delivery facility at your pincode.
However, you can always choose a prepaid mode of payment like Debit Card/Credit Card, Net Banking, PhonePe wallet or Gift Card to place your order for now.

I understand your concern about refund for your order .

I would like to let you know that the seller has refunded Rs.439/- for your order to your Debit Card on July 01, 2019. This should have been credited to your account by May 27, 2019, as per standard banking procedures.

The seller has arranged a replacement for the above product and it'll reach you by September 12, 2018. The item originally delivered to you will be picked up at the same time.

Please keep the item along with the original product box, accessories and tags ready as the Wishmaster will not be able to complete the pickup in case any item is missing.

Also, remember to collect the acknowledgement receipt once you hand over the product to the Wishmaster.

TOA:

Although the seller's partnered courier service provider will not be able to make up for this delay, for your continued trust in us and for being patient, they will add Rs.50/- to the Gift Card section of your Flipkart wallet within 24 hours of the product delivery.

You can use this amount anytime within a year to buy products from a wide range of sellers on our website or app.

This Gift Card will be valid for a year from the date it is credited to your Flipkart Wallet.


Although the seller's partnered courier service provider will not be able to make up for this delay, for your continued trust in us and for being patient, they have added Rs. 100/- to the Gift Card section of your Flipkart wallet.




Although, the seller will not be able to make up for this delay, the least can be done now is to ensure that the shipping charges you’ve paid for the item are refunded, which in this case is Rs.27/-. This amount will be credited as a Gift Card in your Wallet within 24 hours of successful delivery.

Since the product was delivered to you on August 11, 2019, it has crossed the seller's 10 days replacement period. Due to this, the seller will not be able to fulfil your replacement request.

The good news is that the product is covered under the manufacturer's warranty. You can get in touch with the brand/authorised service centre and they'll be able to help you out with any product related support you may need.

The invoice can be used to avail services at the brand's authorised service centres within the warranty period.
