Notes

*Unlike Hifumi Yamada, Kiyotaka Ishimaru didn't get to see the light before he died.*

*No regret went through him. No last words. He didn't even cry out when Yamada snuck up on him and swung the hammer at the back of his head, managing to kill him with a single blow. Just like that, the pride and joy of the Ishimaru family had been snuffed out.*

*Still, even in death, he could still feel despair.*

*Junko Enoshima had made sure of that, although he was very much unaware that it was her who masterminded this hell- he tried his best to fight back that horrible feeling, even in his catatonic state, but it overcame him in his unconscious state of death... The feeling of upset and anger at his grandfather as he watched him fall from grace and bestow suffering among his family due to his own greedy desires, the sadness and grief he felt when he inevitably died, the frustration he felt towards his mother for leaving them- and, most of all, the regret he felt towards both Mondo and Chihiro, as well as not going through with his job of not being able to hold everyone together in the end.*

*... He didn't even get to achieve his dream. His family name would die out in the years after the ultimate despair and would be never given thought again expect for pity towards his poor father for losing his son, his pride and joy, and the same feelings for the memorials made in his and his classmates honor.*

*But then he felt something, quite literally, wash over him.*

*He briefly stirred, eyes flickering open. Along with another wave lapping over him, slow, gradual feelings came over him- mostly general confusion. Where was he? His family hadn't taken a vacation for many years due to the debt they had suffered- along with the fact he refused to enjoy himself when they were on one. Wasn't he somewhere else? Somewhere with...*

"Ow!" *Taka let out a yelp of pain that broke through the beach's silent atmosphere, slowly standing up. Along with his sea soaked suit and the seaweed that hung off of him, blood threaded through his hair and stained the white flicks that were now notable through his formerly dark head of hair. A magenta colored stain remained in the light colored sand below him in the shape of a small circle, ||with there being a notable indent in the back of his head||, although he obviously wouldn't know that.*

*But, against the odds, he managed to get up and stagger forward towards the nearest pathway. Why was the world spinning?*
