Wait Refund- Bank/Credit Card/Debit Card

We are sorry to hear that the ‘PRODUCT NAME’ you received is damaged. We assure you that feedback has been shared with the seller and the courier partner and they're working on putting in additional measures to avoid instances like these.
As discussed, a return request has been created for the order and a refund of Rs.425/- will be initiated as soon as the pickup of the originally delivered product is confirmed by the courier service provider.
You’ll receive an email and SMS with the refund details, after which the money will be initiated to your ICICI Credit Card within 01 business days, as per standard banking procedures.
Please keep the item along with the original product box, accessories and tags ready for pickup by January 22, 2018 as the Wishmaster will not be able to complete the pickup in case any item is missing.
In the future, you can raise a return request for your orders using our app or website. Just go to 'My Orders' on your Flipkart account, select the item, click 'Return' and follow the prompts.

Exchange and Expect

Wait and Replace

As requested, the seller has arranged a replacement for the product and it'll be shipped after the pickup of the originally delivered product is done and confirmed by the courier service provider. The pickup will be completed by May 04, 2018.
Please keep the item along with the original product box, accessories and tags ready as the Wishmaster from Delhivery Logistics will not be able to complete the pickup in case any item is missing.
Only in case of Electronics item: Do remember to do a factory reset, erase all personal data and remove any storage cards before handing it over.
