I would like to let you know that for successful pick-up of the product following conditions being met:
1. Correct and complete product (with the original brand, article number, undetached MRP tag, product's original packaging, freebies and accessories)
2. The product should be in unused, undamaged and original condition without any stains, scratches, tears or holes and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/ warranty seals (wherever applicable)
I would like to let you know that the seller has been approved your return request and the pickup will be done by August 28, 2019.
Also, the refund will be transferred within 02 business days "after pickup".
I would like to let you know that I have requested the seller for replacement of this product.
Since the status of your order is not updated to 'delivered' due to a pending confirmation by the courier service provider, the seller may not be able to take your return request at the moment.
Not to worry, it shouldn't take more than 24 hours to get updated.
