I would like to inform you that your refund Rs 1063/- will be initiated, once the courier partner confirm the cancellation to the seller.

Usually, its' 4 business day get completed, once the product will be reached at seller's warehouse, your refund will be initiated and completed within 2 business days.

On checking, I see that the seller will be refund Rs. 512/- to your source account on September 01, 2019 and it will credited on August 27, 2019.

Customer wanted to cancel the order and also wanted to know when he will going to get the refund.

Ans: I would like to inform you that the seller has cancelled the order as requested by you. Once the product reaches back to the seller's warehouse and the return status is updated, the refund will be initiated by the seller.

Usually, it takes 04 business day to reach the seller's warehouse. Once the refund is initiated, the amount Rs.12221/- will be credited within 8 business days, as per the standard banking procedure.
