I would like to inform you that I am an employee of 'Flipkart chat process'. During the time of 'Big Billion sale', the manager of Flipkart has given promise to give cash reward, if we complete the targets of 'Csat', 'RR' and maximum 'chats handled'. Even in the banner of sale it was written that the cash reward will be credited by 'November 15, 2019'. Then they extend the date to 'December 01, 2019' then again to 'December 15, 2019' at last they said that they are confirmed that it will be credited to our account by 'January 01, 2020'. All the employees wait for around '02 MONTHS', the manager 'Bhupesh Wadhwa' has given false promises to us, today we received our monthly salary and got to know that the cash reward is still not credited, again they are saying on the next month.
We are employee here and we are asking for money which we have earned and are not asking for any extra income. Now we cannot wait for this, so we decided to write an email to 'HR head' because we know that 'BHR' will not be able to help us, even the manager, we are frustrated now, we want solution from you as soon as possible and we cannot wait for an another month even the 'Team leaders', 'Assistant manager' an other operational employees cannot help us in this matter.
'Bhupesh Wadhwa' is the operational manger of 'Flipkart process' who is not even listening and giving us the solution, he has no words, he thinks that we are working here as a 'SLAVE' here and even we got to know earlier also the same thing was happen with the email employees 'LAST YEAR' in the same sale, we do not want that take strict action by emailing it to the official email address of Teleperformance.
