The services offered under the ‘Complete Mobile Protection’ plan are:
Hardware or software repair from a brand authorized service center.
Damaged screen repair with genuine and brand authorized parts.
Pickup and drop services for any repairing needs.
Repair for liquid damage to the phone and replacement with genuine and brand authorized parts.
A remote help desk where you can call for any issue or query resolution. Complete phone setup at the Jeeves store and Walk-in trouble-shooting at any point within the validity of the plan.

The entire process to claim services will be explained in the activation mail which will be sent to the registered email address after the delivery of the product.
The plan will get activated automatically and you can contact Jeeves customer care on 1800-425-365-365 to raise a claim.
I would like to inform you that you will have to pay a one-time processing fee depending on the model of your phone only in case of claiming accidental/liquid damage related services.
Please be informed that the plan cannot be extended. For further information, you can contact Jeeves at 1800-425-365-365.
As the services are handled by Jeeves, you can contact them on 1800-425-365-365 to check the serviceability of your new location.
The accidental or liquid damage protection service can be claimed only once within 365 days from the start date of the plan.
To know the start date, you can check the activation email sent to your registered email address after the delivery of your product.
The start and end dates of this plan cannot be changed. The start date is fixed and you can find it in the activation mail which you will receive after the delivery of the product.
