Hello, my name is Vladimir (Male) it is nice to meet you and no I am not a pervert you have nothing to worry about when it comes to that.
Yes, I am an actual male, I have been born on 26th of October, 1999. in Serbia (South East Europe) and I still do live there.
I live in Northern State of Serbia that is called Vojvodina and I can't tell you anything more than that for now. 
My nickname is Vlad or Vlado whatever is easier for you but you can find your own nickname for me if we will be true friends.
I am not a pervert so all the perverts can leave or read this all but not contact me at all.
I am not interested in anything perverted, I am not a pervert at all and I want to make it all clear now so there are no misunderstandings.
I am not really looking for any kind of help from anyone so there is no need to even try to contact me for that at all.
If you care about nationality or race I am so sorry I don't divide people in those groups I only know for a human race and we are all one nationality, we are all equal but if you disagree and you care about these things you can leave or read the rest but just don't contact me at all.
Purpose of this text is for me to just open someone's eyes I can't really help you all and this all won't make a huge change but that is all I can do for most people give them an advice but I hope that at least one person will agree on this all so I can help that person a lot, not just a lot actually but to help that person with everything and actually make that person feel better that is my main goal here.
Just let me be clear if you don't agree on me with everything I said in here and you don't even want to change your opinions to match mines we can't be true friends, you should not contact me at all I can't help you and I am not gonna make things worse for anyone.
You can't expect someone who didn't go through same or similar things as you to understand you about those things and without understanding there is no chance they will agree with you on anything.
Each person needs different tactics, methods and kinds of help so if someone went through same or similar things as you they maybe can understand and relate to it but they don't agree with choices you made or you would make if you had a chance to fix wrong ones that is why they can't help, they can try to but they will only make things worse and you end up changing yourself to be like that person, I don't force all this what I am about to say on anyone I said who agrees and wants to try I am here for that person and who doesn't they should not contact me at all.
You can't truly love someone who is not like you, who you disagree with, who you can't understand completely that simply has no sense, you can tolerate their opinions even to feel sorry for them and pity them but that is it nothing more than that.
True love never ends no matter what, true love is based on complete understanding, complete trust, true loyalty, depending on someone, agreements, complete honesty, etc.
It means loving someone just the way they are without wanting to change their major opinions that describe them as a person, you can't say you love someones opinion or something about someone if you didn't make same opinions or if you aren't like that too, you would be at least trying to be like that person and to make same choices as them because true love is when you adore someone, you are obsessed with someone, you are addicted to them, etc.
True love needs two people and it takes time just as for actual caring you need time, you truly care about someone who you truly love.
I have can feel empathy towards my true friend only but I can feel sorry for others and I can try to help them but that doesn't mean I care at all, caring is something special that takes time and it is a lot more special and meaningful than just being kind.
It is just always remember to do simple small things and to be careful not to make things worse for that other person or to change them.
So far you might want to ask me "Does this all means that only one person can truly love us and care about us?"
Yes, you are right if you are lucky enough you meet that one person but some people just don't want to at all so not really everyone meets them and as we know some end their lives which ultimately ends the life of those who were meant be with them.
That one person is our one and only true friend and also our one and only true family.
People think that it is okay to love yourself and to care about yourself but it is not because that is selfishness, egoism and narcissism, you put yourself over everyone else what whatever you give to others is not real the only real stuff goes to you while you tolerate others and keep them around you so you can use them and abuse them in all kinds of ways for your own benefit.
Many people if almost not all are like this I know that we people are by nature selfish and that we will choose ourselves over others but we can control it, for example I don't love myself or care about myself at all because those are emotions that I would rather save for someone who deserves them.
I might choose myself over others and that is selfish but I do want someone who I won't be like that with, I know that I have to do that to everyone to protect myself and that is just the way world works but I want to become one with someone and to put that person over me, to put that person actually where that person belongs on the first and only place because no one and nothing else matters.
Yes, I do believe that true friends date each other because who can you be closer than that, how could you be together all the time, how could they be able to always tell everything to each other if they can't trust each other enough to date.
No, I never really dated because all I had was online, short, not important, not serious, not actual dating and the most important part it all ended so it wasn't real so I can't do anything about it.
My sexuality for those who want to know is simple I don't really care about looks like at all or money I am not shallow so all I care about it personality.
I mean I am heterosexual and I feel attraction towards women but when I just feel it for their looks that is gone quickly what stays is when I love someone for their personality I mean my true friend and yes I can't date boys so they all can leave I am so sorry but I just can't.
Now many would say how it is not okay to be all the time together with someone, how that is toxic relationship, I am jealous and other similar things well I will just say "No" to all this.
I am a human being that needs attention, emotions, I feel lonely and I am not selfish and being one is being all the time possible with each other, I am not jealous I am territorial because I would defend what is mine I don't want something that is not mine, I would always completely trust to my true friend but others never.
If I am good enough that person will be with me all the time and won't need anyone or anything else because everyone and everything else is waste of time, emotions, energy and nothing more than that.
Basically all those of you selfish, toxic, evil, greedy, mean people who want to say that relationship I want will be toxic because it is not sick as yours and based on lies thanks a lot I really love being the crazy one in the world where being normal is being as you.
So basically those who are not your true friend will treat you as they treat others no matter are they related to you or not they are all the same so we have to get rid of them all. 
You are born just as I out of someone selfishness so no you never asked to be born and you don't owe anything to anyone, parents have their duty to do that they do because you share the same DNA, you are like the way they could continue living and they in a lot of cases try to force us to be as much as we can same as them but blood connection means nothing and we all have to grow up at some point, leave all those people and never come back again, to even forget that they ever existed, also no they aren't your "family" they are just relatives and that is all they can ever be. 
When it comes to:
Hobbies - I don't have any, I think they are all stupid, boring, waste of time, etc. my only hobby would be something meaningful like my true friend but that doesn't counts I know.
Sports - I don't play any, I don't really know anything about any sport besides football (Soccer), I also think they are stupid, boring, waste of time, etc. I can play sometimes with my true friend but that is it.
Activities - Well I don't really do anything besides eat, drink, poop, pee, lay down in my bed, sleep, watch something on my pc, phone or tv, etc.
Interests - I am not interested in anything because those are all addictions and obsessions and I don't need any besides my true friend of course.
Jobs/Careers - They are made to be stupid, boring, waste of our time, etc. but we have to work of course. 
Goals/Dreams/Wishes - Only thing I want is to find my true friend so I have someone to love, care about, fight for, be there for, listen to, help, talk to, understand, agree with, etc. 
Just to make it clear I don't hate animals but I don't like them either they are just animals and that is it I support movements for animals rights, ecology, etc.
I am just saying that there is no feelings between them and us and there never can be anything besides maybe kindness mostly from our side. 
I am asocial as you noticed so far and I explained why but just to let you know I don't talk to others if I don't have to, I avoid people, etc., I am also an introvert so I don't really go anywhere outside of my home but if I do it is somewhere where is quiet and peaceful and of course there are no people or at least few., Places like parks and nature, I also like walks and bike rides but I need someone to do all that with., I am super shy and quiet., I have social anxiety as well because I know all this about people, world, things, emotions so I feel bad when I am around them and when I say people I don't count my true friend in I am sure that with that person it would be different, completely.
I am not religious and I am against religions because they are made of lies, they are bad, etc. I do believe in some higher power, being, beings, spirits, etc.
If anyone is interested in my political opinions well simply I support freedom, equality, liberty, solidarity, mutual aid, cooperation, etc.
So as a asocial person I have no social medias and I don't use any at all, I do actually have things like hangouts but I don't use it that is just because I have a Google account, I also have Skype but I don't use that either that is just because I have a Microsoft account but what I do use is email address and that is what I will leave here we start with emails and then we will see there is one chatting app that I use that doesn't records your calls, reads your messages and no it is not Whats App like obviously because they do and use only my email to contact me.
I don't do any drugs, I don't smoke tobacco, I don't drink coffee or alcohol, I also don't take any kind of pictures at all and I don't like changing of your own body in any kind of a way no matter how long that change lasts like piercings, tattoos, dying hair, painting nails, make up, surgeries, etc.
Like I said once before I don't care about money at all and I don't want to be rich if I got a lot of money I would give it to those who need it more than I do before that money destroys my mind, life and everything else about me.
I am a person with mental illnesses, I am sick, fucked up, broken, hurt, sad, depressed, suicidal, anxious, etc. and I will most likely kill myself soon but that doesn't matter I want to help my true friend if she is out there much as I can so I at least did something before I died but I am sure that just being with her would be enough to keep me alive and I would love to live because someone really needs me.
I mean I am so tired of living like this I never met one person that wasn't same as others in my life and everyone is just using me and abusing me.
I am tired of being sick weirdo that everyone has to pity and I am tired of people trying to make me feel worse about myself by saying how I should change to be them.
I am really tired of this sick world I never was like others, I always did my best for others, I have let others use me, manipulate me, abuse me, lie to me, etc. but whatever I do it means nothing to them all and of course that is all normal even tho they didn't deserved anything I ever did for them.
I can't let myself to get even worse because I already am barely alive and I don't want to let down my true friend.
