+++MOBILE APP SELFSERIVCE
-Cx have 15 mins prior the booking and after the delivery so that they can return it, there is an add fee for $1 if they go beyond that. The cx doesnt know this.
-If the car is not delivered right on time the car is going to turn off and its going to get blocked if its not moving
- Reserving on the app is Quick and Easy, location, details about hour and book the trip.

Ask for zipcard #
Manage the complexities of the member side and the zipcard side of reservations and these are going to be divided in zipcards: vehicle and locations.

-Manage payment, fees and discs, multiple drivers to 1 acc or 1 member in multiple ones.

--BASIC INFO
-Communications, referral summary, contact info from the driver, call history.
