Overview
With Healthy Benefits Plus, you receive an OTC benefit in the form of an allowance that you can use to save on a variety of over-the-counter, self-medication items! With your OTC benefit, you have three easy ways to shop:

Online - You can browse a list of approved products and order them online at Walmart.com through the web portal or via the Healthy Benefits Plus mobile app. Simply enter your 17-digit card number and 4-digit security code at checkout and choose your delivery method.
Call to Order - You can reference your catalog to order OTC products from the convenience of your own home by calling in your order.
Mail Order - You can also order products by mailing in an order form that came with your catalog. It's that easy!
Your OTC Benefits
1. When can I begin using my over-the-counter (OTC) benefits?
You can begin using your benefits after January 1, 2020, or after your health plan coverage starts.

2. What is my credit balance?
You can check your available credit balance under the Benefits or My Account page on the website or mobile app. You can also call 1-833-845-8798, TTY 711. For a full description of benefits, please refer to your welcome packet.

3. When do I get more credits? Do they go away if I don't use them?
It depends on the structure of your OTC benefit. You can view your available credit balance, expiration and rollover details under the Benefits or My Account page on the website or mobile app. For a full description of benefits, please refer to your welcome packet.

4. What happens if my purchase of approved items exceeds my available credit amount?
You are responsible for paying any remaining amount that exceeds your available credit balance. You are also responsible for paying for any non-approved items.

5. Can I use my benefit for other people?
You may only purchase items for your use, not for family members or friends.

Eligible Products
1. What can I use my OTC benefit for?
You may only use your benefit for approved OTC items listed on the website, Healthy Benefits Plus mobile app or in the catalog. Eligible items include allergy medication, cough drops, first aid supplies, oral care, pain relievers, vitamins and more. Products are determined by your plan.

2. How do I know what products are approved to buy at Walmart?
You can view the approved product list online, via the mobile app or with your catalog.

3. What types of products are not approved?
Examples of items that are not approved include alternative medicines, baby items, cosmetics, hygiene products, hair products, moisturizers, teeth whitening products, sleep aids, food and meal supplements.

How to Shop
1. How do I shop with my OTC benefits?
You have three ways to shop with the Healthy Benefits Plus program. You can shop online through Walmart.com, and reference your catalog to order over the phone or mail in your order with a pre-filled order form.

2. Is there a minimum order amount?
No, there is not a minimum order amount for purchases with your OTC benefit.

3. How often can I place an order?
There are no restrictions on the frequency of purchases with your OTC benefit as long as the total dollar amount does not exceed your available credit balance.

4. How do I mail in my order?
You can mail in your order by filling out the order form that came with your catalog. Verify your personal information, such as shipping address, and then fill out the form with the items from the catalog you want to purchase. You must provide the item ID, item description, price, quantity and total your order. When you are ready to mail, be sure to use a postage-paid envelope that was included with your catalog. We cannot accept fax orders.

5. Is there anything else I should know about shopping online? Do I need to have an account on Walmart.com to buy items?
You can create an account or check out as a Guest on Walmart.com. When applying your payment method, enter your 17-digit OTC benefit card number and 4-digit security code in the Gift Card field at checkout.

6. Can I use coupons along with my benefits?
Yes, if the coupons are valid, you can use them for the items purchased in addition to using your Healthy Benefits Plus OTC card.

My Account
1. Where do I find my card number and security code?
Your card number is the 17-digit number located on the back of your OTC benefit card under the barcode. The 4-digit number next to the card number is your security code. You can also locate this information on the Redeem tab of the mobile app.

2. Can I access the Healthy Benefits Plus program on my smartphone?
Yes, the same features available on the Healthy Benefits Plus website are also available on your smartphone. Simply download the Healthy Benefits Plus mobile app from the App Store® or Google Play™ to view your available balance, browse eligible products, access your barcode, view your transaction history and more.

3. How do I update my account information?
You can update your account information on the website or mobile app under Profile on the Account page.

4. What do I do if I forgot my password?
You may request a password reset by clicking on Forgot Password on the log in page. Then enter your email address and you will be sent a temporary password to then reset upon logging in.

5. What do I do if I forgot my username?
To receive your username, click on Forgot Username located on the log in page and enter your card number. An email will be sent to you with your username. If you're still having trouble, please call customer service at 1-833-845-8798, TTY 711.

6. My spouse and I share an email address. Why can't I register my card?
If you received two OTC cards in your household, you will need to register each OTC card with a different email address. Your email address becomes your login ID and therefore, your email can only be associated with one card. To obtain a free email address, simply go to gmail.com, yahoo.com or any other email service provider's website.

7. How do I request additional order forms or business return envelopes?
You can request additional order forms or business return envelopes by requesting a new catalog. Call 1-833-845-8798, TTY 711 to order a new catalog. Four order forms and four business return envelopes will be shipped along with the catalog.

8. How do I request a new catalog? Do you have an updated catalog?
To request a new catalog, call 1-833-845-8798, TTY 711. You can request a physical catalog to be mailed to your home within 2-4 weeks, or a digital version that can be sent to your email. Catalogs are updated at the beginning of the year.

Issues at Checkout
1. My card isn't working at checkout.
If your card isn't working, make sure it is active and that you have credits available. If you requested a replacement card, you must use the new card sent to you in the mail. Your old card is deactivated once you activate the replacement. If you are still having trouble, please call customer service at 1-833-845-8798, TTY 711 to speak with a representative.

2. I purchased this item in the past, why can't I purchase it now? Why is this item not covered?
Product selection and availability is always changing. Please call the customer service number on the back of your OTC benefit card to speak with a representative who will be able to assist you in finding an alternative item.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged
1. What happens if my card is lost, stolen or damaged?
If your card is lost, stolen or damaged, you may request a replacement card online on the My Account page or call 1-833-845-8798, TTY 711. It may take up to 2-3 weeks for your new card to arrive. To continue using the program, you can download the Healthy Benefits Plus mobile app to access your barcode on the Redeem tab or call to place your order at 1-833-845-8798, TTY 711.

2. What happens if my order is lost, stolen or damaged? What if I never received my refund?
For assistance with your Walmart.com order, please go to http://help.walmart.com/app/ask for email, online chat, or call back options and follow the directions using your online order number.

Miscellaneous
1. I have a question about my previous transactions.
Please call customer service at 1-833-845-8798, TTY 711 to speak with a representative who will be able to assist you in walking through your previous transactions.

2. Can I return a purchase?
All products purchased are subject to the retailers' return/exchange policies. If the item meets the retailers' return requirements, the amount of your approved purchase will be added back to your OTC benefits card.

3. What do you do with my registration information?

4. Whom do I contact for questions?
For questions about the Healthy Benefits Plus program, please submit an inquiry online on the Contact Us page or call customer service at 1-833-845-8798, TTY 711, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m., local time, 7 days a week, October - March; Monday - Friday, April - September. For any eligibility or plan related questions, please call the number on the back of your health plan card.

Shopping Experience

1. How do I use my OTC benefits to shop online?
On the Benefits page of the website or Healthy Benefits Plus mobile app, select the item you want to order and click the Buy Online button to be directed to Walmart.com. You can also click Shop Walmart.com to view all products.
Add all of the approved items that you'd like to purchase to your cart on Walmart.com.
Review your cart and click Check Out. You may sign in or continue as a Guest.
Select your delivery method - in home delivery or store pickup. You'll need to enter any delivery information.
Select 'Gift Card' as your payment method and enter your 17-digit card number and 4-digit security code listed on the back of your OTC card.
Click Apply Gift Card and your credits will be automatically applied to eligible items in your cart.
Remember, your OTC benefits will only be applied to eligible items up to your available credit balance, you will need to enter another form of payment for ineligible items.

2. How do I use my OTC benefits to order over the phone?
Look up the products you want to order in the catalog.
You will need the approved item name(s), item ID(s), your card number and security code, and your shipping address to place your order.
Call 1-833-845-8798, TTY 711, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m., local time, 7 days a week, October - March; Monday - Friday, April - September to have the products delivered to your home.

3. How do I use my OTC benefits to order by mail?
You may submit your order through the mail by completing the order form that came with your catalog.
Simply verify your contact information and shipping address and include the item ID, product description, quantity and price of the items you'd like to order.
Only products listed in the catalog can be ordered by mail, item pricing is subject to change.
If your selected items are out of stock, item substitutions may automatically be sent to you.
Local sales tax will be added to the order total and deducted from your credit balance.
No shipping or handling costs apply.
Your order total including sales tax cannot exceed your available credit balance.
If order total exceeds your current credit balance, items will be removed starting with the lowest listed item until the order total is under your benefit balance.
No additional forms of payment are accepted.
Any unused benefits cannot be redeemed for cash.
