Cytoplasm-Mostly water, surrondes and fills the cell helps give it shape.
Plasm membrane/Cell membrane-A layer of protection; made of a phoesphhoressant bilayer (proteins and lipids.) Both Plant and animal cells.
Ribosomes: Factorys of the cell, make proteins, can be free or attached.
Free Ribosomes: Free-floating ribosomes (in cytoplasm.)
Attached Ribo: A ribosome that attaches itself onto something (mainly an ER)
Gogi bodies: The UPS mail room. These organelles Process material brought to the cell and send it off to where that material needs to go.
Vesicales: The transortation unit, They transport the processed material from the gogi bodie to the desired location.
Lysosomes: Digest forgien material that doesn't belong in the cell.
Vacuole: One big one in plant cells, many small ones in animal cells. they are sorage units in cells, imagine a warehouse.
PMitacondria: The powerhouse of the cell, truns the chemical energy into materials that the cell's organelles can use. Both Plant and animal cells.
Cytoskeleton: Made of tunnels and Proteins filaments; gives the cell support and shape. Think Scaffleflding.
Endoplasmic Reticulm (ER): A series of tunnels that connect throughtout the cell, think highway of the cell,can be attached by Ribo's.
Smoothe ER: Sub-section of the ER, it's job is to make hormones and lipids.
Rough ER: Sub-section of ER, it's job is to help in the synthesis of proteins.
Necuclious evolope: A layer of protection for the nucleaus, potective layer.
Nucleaolus: A gate way to the nuclelous and are were ribosome are made.
Nucleaous: Inner most layer and holds the DNA of the cell
Cromation:The combination of DNA and proteins that make: Cromazons.
Cell Wall: An extra layer of protection, only in plant cells. (made of cellulcose) Gives a plant celll that rectangular shape.
Chloraplast: A organelle like pod that store the suns energy to be used in photosynthieses only in plant cells
Centretriols: Only in animal cells, they help in cell division
