Visual Studio'nun diziler üzerinde işlem yapabilmeyi sağlayan Array sınıfı vardır. Bu sınıfın kullanılan bazı methodları şunlardır;
1- Clear: Dizi öğelerini varsayılan değerlere getirir. Örn: int için bu değer sıfırdır. Bool için falsedur. String için nulldür.
2- IndexOf: Aranan bir değerin dizinin hangi index'nde bulunduğunu gösterir. Örn: int[] sayilar = { 10, 20, 30 }; şeklinde verilen bir dizide 10 aranıyorsa "Array.IndexOf(sayilar, 10);" şeklinde yazılan bir komut 0 değerini verecektir. Çünkü 10 değeri dizinin sıfırıncı elemanıdır. Eğer girilen değer dizide yoksa sonuç olarak -1 değerini verir.
3- Array.LastIndexOf: IndexOf ile aynı işi yapar fakat aramaya sondan başlar. Örn: int[] sayilar = { 10, 20, 10 }; şeklinde verilen dizi Array.LastIndexOf(sayilar, 10); ifadesi ile aranırsa iki değeri dönecektir.
4-Reverse: Diziyi terse çevirir.
5-Array.Sort: Diziyi sıralar.
Örn: Array.Sort(harfler);
