go get a drink and get food.
after you've eaten, go draw, sing, and/or write for a half hour at least. any of those.
after that, stretch and pop your back.
ask how alyssa and josh's days are going. reply to mckenzie.
after talking for a bit, take some time to meditate.
depending on time, either get a snack or a meal. have at least 2 meals today, if not 3.
after eating again, see if you can spend a little time with alyssa. if not, either watch youtube or netflix or do the earlier hobbies again.
keep yourself occupied until you eat again. remember the 2 meals at least.
after eating again, shower.
tell alyssa how important she is to you.
it's likely later in the day by now. go to the bathroom and tell yourself "I did my best today and my best is enough. I have the strength to do even better tomorrow."
head to bed, relax. it's been a long day. you're tired, but you've done well. I'm proud of you. <3

if you insult yourself at ALL or get the urge to, tell yourself "I am not what my mind tells me. I am good and I am worthy of love." do not let it take control. you don't have to anymore.
