1. I am 14, and already you may be thinking, well this kid is too young. But for my age, I am very mature, and take roles like these seriously.

4. Well there are a few reasons. To start off, I am not your average person, I am a multi-cultural person, I have lived in the netherlands and turkey and went to an international school were I was taught to be open minded and think in many different ways. Also, because of the young age I am able to look at things that young people may do in the server and look from a younger POV if we are making any important decisions.Lastly, I am one of the most friendly people you will meet, I stay calm in uneasy situations and am just overall a very kind person.

5. Well, on a very small kitpvp server I used to be an admin, and from the people there they always have respected me and said I was a good member of the staff team, and was a person to look up to in the community.

6. Well, there are many reasons, to start of it's a brand new server but it's also a factions one. And I have a lot of experience due to me having played it for over 4 years which gives me a deep understanding. Also I think it is time to meet new people and if such a new server is releasing it is the perfect opportunity.

Ingame situations:

1. Even though he might be my friend, I have to take my role seriously and hacking is not allowed. Even though he is my friend I have to do my job which is banning him.

2. I would report it immideatly, because a high king staff member should set an example to the community and if abusing it, it is not a standout in a good way but in a bad way.

3. Well the most important thing is to stay calm. I would warn him to not do that and to contact me in a manner which is acceptable. If he does it constantly, I would warn him 3 times before muting him

In my friend time I play a lot of football "soccer" with friends and play video games. I am a really simple person but soccer is my favourite sport and do dedicate a substantial amount of time to it to get even better because I am super passionate of if. For the rest I play mc and csgo, mostly mc because cs is full of cheaters and in mc most of the time the community is not toxic.

I can contribute about 3 to 5 hours a day.

I have a working microphone and am able to talk through it.
