Click “New Job”.. Job workable:


Service request type must be “warranty


Add item on the “product line”.


Ask for model and serial number for the appliance (if not known, then enter “verify”).


Enter Brand ( if Brand is not under the drop down, enter Appliance: Other)


Enter the manufacturer (if not known, enter “verify”).


Enter location (ALWAYS ask). (where is located?)


Service description: Warranty/Repair Service ( SIEMPRE IGUAL)


Enter the severity type.


Click “Add Service Job”.


Add the problem code


Click " find service"


Select an appointment from the calendar.


Click “Continue”.
Click " OK" for select the appoinment



Click “Submit”


Add your comments:


Third Party: Customer called into request service on (refrigerator). Confirmed appointment. Provided service job ID SCCMXXXXXX-1.. Advised of non-refundable deductible. Customer accepted and understood. Customer will call to schedule the appointment time. No further questions, closed call.
