Hi my name's Gevin Campos, I live in California and am applying to the position of Assistant Project Manager. I think I'm a great fit for the job because of my relevant experience and skill set.

For the past 3 years I've been working for a cybersecurity tech company called Bishop Fox based in San Francisco as a Data Entry Clerk. The position is mostly remote, but occasionally for important meetings and events i'm asked to come into the office once or twice a month. My main tasks include mostly data entry, so i'm very efficient with most Microsoft Office and team management applications (like Salesforce, Jira, and Asana to name a few). I've also been put in charge of several projects, in which it was my responsibility to mulitask different rolls within a team and assure quality projects were being completed before deadlines. Working in this field for so long and having a general interest in technology, I can teach myself to use new software quickly and with minimal training. Part of my job is also working professionally and effectively with my team mates, I pride myself on the fact that i'm easy to communicate and collaborate with. I do what is asked of me as soon as possible, and can complete tasks on time with little management needed. That said I have no problem being managed and guided, and have no issue with making adjustments to my workflow as needed.

I think one of my strongest traits is being able to work efficiently with a team, and coordinate tasks as needed. I also consider myself very professional, and am able to multitask rolls as needed to ensure a quality finished product. While I don't have any formal training as a project manager, I do have experience with the roll and the responsibilities it takes to be a successful Project Manager. I've been apart of multiple projects in my current job, and am very familiar and comfortable with the general workflow and processes of being a Project Manager. Though i've never held that title myself, I have worked very closely and frequently with those who have.
