We offer a 24 month warranty on our boots. Could you please email us at [email protected] with proof of purchase and images of the affected area. Alternatively, if you do not have proof of purchase, please provide us with the manufacturing stamp located inside the boots below the 'Created in Great Britain' sign.

Please see attachment of returns label below. Once we receive the item at the warehouse, your refund will be processed within 3-10 working days.

Unfortunately we currently do not have a date for when that item will be restocked. We would advise you subscribe to the newsletter or alternatively keep checking our website for updates as we restock very regularly. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Any orders placed between now and the 23rd of December are eligible for an exchange until the end of January 2020.
We do not do price matches unfortunately. However if the item is unworn you can return it and repurchase the one on sale

Unfortunately we will be unable to amend the order at this stage as it is already being picked at the warehouse. I would advise you wait till you receive and request an exchange or alternatively you can replace the order for the correct size and return the wrong size.
Your item is currently being picked at the warehouse, once the item has been shipped you will receive your tracking details.
Our website does state that during extremely busy times of the year, your order might be delayed in leaving our warehouse by up to 5 working days.
Unfortunately we only receive 30 mins to amend or cancel and order. Your order is already being picked at the warehouse, therefore we are unable to amend your address details. As the address is incomplete, it will have to be returned to the sender (Hunter) and you will receive a full refund. We would advise that you replace your order with the correct address details and wait for the refund for the other order. We do apologise for any inconvenience.
Unfortunately due to the style and price difference we are unable to offer an exchange. However, we would advise you return for a refund and repurchase the style you would like
