Q2: Your response is generic and makes claims that are not substantiated. Please provide evidence of the information you relied upon to formulate your response and ensure that you clearly explain how this course will benefit your future.

By gaining internationally reputed education and sharpening required business skills I will be having multiple options to launch my professional career. B.com fresher from reputed universities from abroad will be getting a minimum salary of rupees 7 to 12 lacs yearly in India. From of point of view I have a bright future and career path after completion of my degree course at SCU.

I have chosen this course as this is the logical extension of my senior secondary studies. Core subjects like- Accountancy, Business studies & Entrepreneurship gave me knowledge about Money, Finance, Stock markets and Business. A part of this I can choose my career in various field such as taking up as an teaching career or I can also go in the development of Banking sector.Both are highly rewarding. Teaching is a noble profession that transfers knowledge to future generations. There is a lack of qualified teachers in India at all levels, with only a few bright and committed people opting for this demanding profession. Alternatively, I could go into development banking, where I will have the satisfaction of designing and implementing policies and projects that help bring about all-round economic development of our country.


Q4: Please provide evidence that your chosen profession is in demand in your country. You should provide links to information you have relied upon for your response. Your answer needs to clearly demonstrate that you have researched the prevailing employment conditions in India and how this course will assist you to find a job.

By doing this course in such a reputed university like SCU. It will be easy for me to find a job in the country like India as there is a demand of employees who has a qualification from abroad and may get a good job and in terms of money I can easily get a package of 7-12 Lac package. In India, there is lack of qualified accountants and a skilful auditors a part from this there is vast area for getting of a job in Tax Department, Educational Institutions, Financial Hubs or I can pursue my education in Top Universities in India where they can accept me offer happily.


Q6: You have failed to provide any evidence of research in your answers. You have failed to compare Australia to at least 2 other countries. You should clearly state which countries you are comparing Australia to, what you like about them and what you don't like about them and why you finally chose Australia. You must provide evidence of your responses.

Choosing a university to pursue my degree proved out to be a lot more of a daunting task than I had imagined. If they had the power, my brain cells would have overtaken and killed me for putting too much pressure on them.

If I compare Australia with USA and UK, the first drawback of the latter nature in their expensive nature.
As vibrant as it is, Australia offers a fresh and different perspective in the education sector mainly because its dynamics are diverse. More so than USA and UK, it has attracted a large number of Asian students that might give the world new leaders. Australia’s multiculturalism is for people like me a social paradise. Nothing can be better than finding people bringing different cultural, political and religious perspectives to the table. Australia has a Highly qualified Universities and student support since, international students contribute strongly to the economy of Australia, the government takes special interest in regulating the education sector, and the presence of many universities in Australia in the top 100 of the world rankings speaks highly of the government’s efforts to get student to study in Australia. That is more than enough for me to select Australia as a destination for study because even if a particular university is not ranked among the world’s best, there is a guarantee that it would strive to do so and never compromise on the quality of education. Moreover, universities in Australia, just like any other university in the developed world, tend to promote practical learning. Students seemingly have a lot more personal space to improvise and can carry out their own projects that might turn out to be something very big.




Q7: India has some highly reputed universities. To state that the quality of education is not as high as Australia is insufficient. You must provide evidence of your response. You make sweeping, generic comments without providing evidence.

The first and foremost reason of studying abroad is the ever increasing competition in the education sector in India. After getting good marks I am unable to get a seats in the college of choice in India. There is an unnecessary pressure and burden of clearing entrance exams to get admission. Another challenge is that the number of students competing for limited seats is extremely high to get admission in Top Universities. The quality of education is another big concern in Universities in India. If I am spending so much money then why should I have to compromise on quality. Not only this reservation policies are further deteriorating the education system in India. I am ready to compete, but when a seat is given to a student just on the basis of reservation then it hurts. A part from all this, Indian education is very strict in terms of courses offered and the way these are taught. But universities like yours are very flexible and I can choose from a range of subjects.

Q14: You have failed to provide evidence to support your answer. You have not told us why you have chosen SCU other than its quality. There are many other universities in Australia that are high quality. What makes you choose SCU?

After choosing Australia for my Studies I start browsing the different universities in Australia. I found various Universities there that offer similar courses such as Charles Darwin University, Australia Catholic University etc. But I choose SCU because this University because I liked the idea of studying in a new, modern facility that was also situated in a beautiful part of the world, just across the road from the beach. The Career Development Service is introduced at orientation. As an international student, I would like to experience the cultural differences in communication and expectations, so it's important to get assistance from the start. As I had checked, the consultants are really helpful. Their advice is real, practical, and beneficial and that can help me a lot to learn. Not only this Southern Cross University is ranked 35th in Australia according to the QS World University Rankings, falling third last among the included Australian public universities. Southern Cross University is a young and vibrant university actively engaged in research that is critical to the well-being of our region and yet is also of global importance. This University will provide me skills and education that I will use in my future employment. These are the reasons that made me to choose Southern Cross University.

Q15: You have failed to compare SCU to at least 3 different universities. You must choose similar universities to SCU and compare them. You should consider things like course structure, course fees, location etc.

As explained earlier before finalising SCU, I have also searched the colleges that offers the similar course and I came to know about Charles Darwin University,Australia Catholic University, Charles Sturt University. I compared these universities online and found in most of the factors where Southern Cross University scored high. This University provide both lab work and field work. In Southern Cross University, the staff and students undertake research in a wide range of areas, including civil engineering, crop and pasture production, complementary and alternative medicine, ecology, education, environmental science and management. SCU provides safe and friendly environment and students get proper guidance from teacher. If I do comparison in terms of fees, discipline, survey result and in ranking the Southern Cross university is much better than the others that's why I choose SCU.
