Il est possible d'être mieux placé face à un concurrent même si celui-ci a effectué une enchère plus importante car Google se base aussi sur la qualité de l'annonce, la landing page et l'enchère pour définir un certain nombre de point. C'est ce nombre qui détermine la position de l'annonce.
Ensuite, même si l'annonceur a mis une enchère à 5€, il payera seulement le minimum nécessaire pour être devant son concurrent (par exemple 4,60€).
