In diesem Fall geht es darum, dass ein Kunde der WLC (Egger Group) eine Lieferung von Kiefernholz nicht annehmen bzw. nicht bezahlen möchte. Als Grund gibt dieser eine zeitliche Verzögerung von 1 Woche an - obwohl die Verzögerung kein verschulden der WLC war und eine Verzögerung vertraglich geregelt ist. Aus diesem Grund haben wir eine offene Rechnung und laufende Lagerkosten, da wir die Lieferung zur Abnahme vor Ort halten müssen.
Die momentane Schadenssumme ist in den Transaktionen angeführt.
Bitte lassen Sie es mich wissen, sollten weitere Informationen zu dem Transportauftrag nötig sein.
Herr Mag. Kratosch’ Flug geht morgen um 14:00 und er würde sich bei Ihnen telefonisch nach der Landung melden, um weitere Schritte zu besprechen.
