Confusing Concoction atau ramuan bingung berfungsi membingungkan orang yang meminumnya. Ramuan ini adalah minuman yang ringan. Efeknya kurang kuat, dan umumnya hanya sebatas pada kebingungan sedang. Lama pembuatannya sekitar 2 jam. Efek ramuan ini tergantung dari seberapa sukses pembuatan ramuan.

Bahan-bahan :
1. Air (17 fl. Oz.)
2. Bulu Jobberknoll (2 Barbs)
3. Lintah (2, dijus)
Cara pembuatannya :
• Didihkan air
• Pisahkan Barbs dari Bulu Jabberknoll.
• Tempatkan Barbs ke dalam air mendidih dan aduk 12 kali searah jarum jam, dan 7 kali berlawanan arah jarum jam
• Rebus selama 30 menit
• Tambahkan Jus Lintah dengan memeras satu Lintah ke dalam kuali, aduk dengan cara yang tidak terduga
• Terus aduk sampai ramuan mengental selama 5 menit.
• Jika ramuan tidak menebal dalam 10 menit, tambahkan jus lintah kedua dan lanjutkan mengaduk dengan cara yang tidak terduga
• Jika ramuan gagal mengental setelah penambahan lintah kedua, mulailah menyeduh lagi
