COD to POD:

When the order is between "Approved" to "Out for delivery:

You will get a notification to change the payment mode from COD to prepaid/ or you will have a 'Paynow' option on web/ app under track your order page.

Below are the eligibility criteria to avail the COD to Prepaid payment conversion:
1) Orders with a single unit.
2)From 'Approved till dispatched', the COD to POD option is available for all courier service providers.

3)Once the item is 'Dispatched till Out for delivery', the COD to Prepaid option is available only for Ekart shipments.

The status of the order is between 'Approved to OFD'

4)Current payment mode is COD (Cash on Delivery).
5)Customers can change the payment mode through Self-serve (web/app) or using the link provided to customers via an/SMS.



As per the details, the Payment methods available are:


Debit Card
Credit card
Netbanking
PhonePe payments
BNPL
Cardless Credit
EMI payments.

So, while converting the cash on delivery payment mode to prepaid, you can pay with the above payment methods only.


/////////////////When the product is Out for Delivery (COD to POD):


As per the details, once your Cash on Delivery orders have been marked as 'Out for Delivery', you will be given an option to pay for your orders using the PhonePe App.

The payment link would remain active until the time of delivery.

I would like to let you know that when your order is out for delivery, then PhonePe On Delivery is a payment option, extended by Ekart.

This will make it easier for customers to continue enjoying the convenience of cash on delivery ordering.

As per the details, you will receive the SMS with the link to pay online from the 'Ekart Logistics'.


I am sorry to let you know that I am unable to send that SMS.
As per the details, your product is out for delivery and it will get delivered to you by 7 PM today.
So, you must have received the SMS in your registered mobile number.

As I can see that there are two product in this order, so you will not get the option to pay online.

Also, I had a check and happy to let you know that the facility of swipe machine is available with the seller at your pin code.

I request you to please co-ordinate with the Wishhmaster for bringing the swipe machine.

Srikanth, the Wishmaster will come with the swipe machine while he come for delivery at your doorstep.

Abhijit, you may pay with your cards at the time of delivery.

But, as per the process, you will get the option to pay online if there is only one unit per order.

I completely understand your concern. If I would be at your place, I would feel the same.
As per the criteria, the online payment option is available only with Ekart logistics once the order is shipped. Sir, I certainly understand the situation you are going through.
