Bruce Power provides clean, reliable energy for 30% of Ontario at 30% less than the cost of generating residential power.


Bruce Power donates over $2 million each year in community investments, charities and organizations.

Bruce Power has several programs that work to (benefit) the local community --. for example, their indigenous relations program works together with indigenous communities locally and provincially to benefit the residents and the business. they also work with indigenous groups on local environmental preservation programs
bruce power also has an indigenous education and employment program.

bruce power's scholarship program invests over 50,000 a year in scholarships for students in the bruce, grey and Huron county area. this includes both Grade 8 and high school scholarships, as well as post-secondary. bruce power offers special scholarships for post-secondary students heading to university, trade school and has an indigenous scholarship program. by investing in students today, bruce power helps build leaders of the future.

bruce power invests 400,000 a year in its environmental and sustainability fund, which supports environmental projects in the area and beyond. bruce power also implements projects within the business, such as transitioning to the use of 100% compostable coffee cups in their cafeteria's on-site and providing a discount to employees to bring in their own reusable mugs.

bruce power has doctors and physicians on-site for the comfort and convenience of employees. employees also have access to mental health services on-site including counsellors, meditation rooms, and also third-party companies, which bruce power covers the cost for.

bruce power has a code of conduct that employees can access under the human resources page of their internal website. they also have several procedures in place which the code of conduct goes hand in hand with (e.g., workplace harassment violation procedure). bruce power recently had an "ethics week" where teams discussed the importance of working ethically every day. employees who see or would like to report a violation of the code can talk to bruce powers code of conduct officer, or report the issue anonymously.
