My name is Siska Aprilia. I was born in Bandar Lampung, 19 April 1997. I study in Universitas Lampung, majoring Agribusiness, faculty of agriculture. I have been studying in Universitas Lampung since 2015 and currently I'm trying to get a bachelor's degree.
I knew AIESEC since 2015 but I joined since 2018. It was a coincidence because I got this opportunity after I finished my Global Volunteer. AIESEC helped me a lot, especially to increase my self confidence. Also AIESEC prove that an introvert like me can speak in front of many people.
AIESEC Vision
Peace and fulfillment of human kind potential. This sentence reminded me when I was doing my first induction. How I achieve this vision? I will achieve this vision with activating my leadership, which is applying as Local Committee Vice President of Outgoing Global Talent AIESEC in Unila term 2020.
The reason
The reasons why I am the best candidate for Local Committee Vice President position are:
I am responsible, friendly, and easy going. Despite of my introvert side, those reasons help me feel confident what my Local Committee needs and it can help the EB team dynamic in the future. During my AIESEC journey slowly I have changed from nothing to something. AIESEC is the very first organization I joined during my college life and I believe by taking Local Committee Vice President experience, I will fulfill what myself and this Local Committee needs in the future.
