PRE BOOK ISSUE



Contact made on or before 19-Jan-2020(11:59 pm): Customers who have reserved the item and are reaching out to CS on or before 19-Jan-2020(11:59 pm), request the customers to complete the order by paying the remaining amount
DO NOT provide order status to customers if the payment is not completed (refer screenshots under supporting docs for payment details)
Contact made after 19-Jan-2020(11:59 pm): Customers who have reserved the item and are reaching out to CS after 19-Jan-2020(11:59 pm), check the order status and inform as per below note

Approved/Shipped: Inform customers that the delivery of the order will be attempted, customers can choose to accept the order by paying the remaining amount or reject the shipment. If the customer rejects the shipment, inform that the pre-booked amount will be credited back to the source and provide refund TAT based on the payment mode

Cancelled: Inform customers that since the remaining amount was not paid before the cut off time, the order stands cancelled. Provide refund details of the pre-booked amount




To make the final payment using the cash on delivery payment mode, please visit the ‘My Orders’ section of your Flipkart account and click on ‘Confirm Now’. You’ll then be able to see the balance amount with the details. Now, click on the ‘Pay Now’ option and select ‘cash on delivery’ as the payment mode to complete your payment.


You can pay the remaining amount by {time} on the first day of the {sale_name} sale that starts on {date}.


You can make the payment either through cash on delivery (based on serviceability at the pincode) or any other prepaid mode of payments like credit card, debit card, payment wallets, net banking, Flipkart Pay Later and Gift Card.
