We understand your concern that you want to pay online for your order 'OD116658229339819000'.
We are sorry to let you know that 'PAY NOW' option is only available for the orders with the single units as you there is five units in your order due to which you are not eligible for the same.
We'd like to let you know that you will see a new button 'PAY NOW' on web/ App under 'Track your order' page, if all the above criterias mentioned below are met:
1.Orders with a single unit
2.From 'Approved till dispatched', the 'Cash on delivery' to 'PhonePe on delivery' option is available for all courier service providers. Once the item is 'Dispatched till 'Out for delivery', the 'Cash on delivery' to 'PhonePe on delivery' option is available only for Ekart shipments
3.The status of the order is between 'Approved to Out for delivery'
4.Current payment mode is 'Cash on Delivery'.
5.Customers can change the payment mode through Self-serve (web/app) or using the link provided to
customers via an/SMS
We'd also like to let you know that 'PhonePe On Delivery is a payment option, extended by Ekart. This will make it easier for customers to continue enjoying the convenience of 'Cash on delivery' ordering
Once their Cash on Delivery orders have been marked as 'Out for Delivery', customers will be given an option to pay for their orders using the PhonePe App
The payment link would remain active until the time of delivery
