:03769285 : The candidate contacted to know the status of the Case. Shared the Case details with the candidate and advised the candidate to wait for 3-5 business days (excluding Saturday, Sunday weekend, and public holidays) from the day the Case was created.
The candidate contacted and informed that he is seeing the message " Please wait while we prepare your exam."
Advised the candidate to close the application and restart the process again. Candidate followed the steps and started seeing the same, but the status with greeter team was updated as Checking in only. Candidate waited and performed the same steps again.
Advised the candidate to use a different device. That was a Windows 10 device, but it did not work on that too.
Contacted the APAC PC (Genesiuss): He advised to create a Case and reschedule the candidate's exam for one time: 5563 A. Chat
Candidate comments: I reported the issue the day of the exam but the center took they had to open the case. I don't know why they open it till Jan 14th, 2020. some labs I couldn't do at 100% because I need that commands and they simply didn't work. The commands where necessary to troubleshooting but I could´t use them, and the exam was about troubleshooting, I never had a problem like this before on a lot of exams with Cisco.

Candidate did uninstalling and reinstalling, clear browser history, clear caches, tried with a different laptop, tried with a different browser, restart the system and tried, however, he kept getting the same error.

The testing center might have not installed the software required for this test or there could be some special arrangement that needs to done before the test.

If that is possible, I had done that for you in first place, however, the exam cannot be rescheduled as long as the exam in active state moved under exam history.

I suggest to contact BBS to check your registration status and ask them to send us your details to create your Pearson VUE profile.
It takes up to 48-72 hours after you register with the BBS to create your Pearson VUE profile.
Yes, your Pearson VUE online account gets created automatically once BBS send us your registration details, but you need to schedule the exam by contacting us.
In that case, I suggest to contact our dedicated reservation team at 866-496-2539 between Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. CT ; closed on local holidays. They will be able to schedule the exam for you.
I am sorry, but your exam is just 2 hours away now, and in order to reschedule the exam, you must do it 24 hours prior to the exam time, you have way passed the exam time now, so the exam cannot be rescheduled now.
I completely understand your concern and apologize for the inconvenience you had, your exam got crashed due to technical issue that is why we provided you the voucher to schedule the exam again without any extra fee.
We have checked with the PC, they allowed to cancel the exam appointment and reinstated the exam voucher, so you can use the voucher again to schedule the exam as per your convenience.
