I am sorry to hear that you are not able to access our app. Let us help you fix this.

Here are a few tips that should work:

- Log out and close the app and log in again.
- If this doesn't work, please uninstall and reinstall the app and it should work just fine after that.

If in case you face the same issue please follow these steps too.

1) Please clear the cache memory in your Flipkart app.

2) If this doesn't work, kindly reboot your device by holding down the 'Sleep' and 'Home' buttons together at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Android logo appears.

This should help fix the issue.

I would like to let you know that once the order has been marked as 'Out for Delivery', you can pay using PhonePe payment option via the payment link in the out for delivery SMS from Ekart.

Also, I would like to let you know that the payment link would remain active until the time of delivery.

Once the payment is successfully made, the payment will start reflecting as 'Prepaid' in Wishmasters device. You will get an OTP for the transaction which needs to be shared with the Wishmaster for payment confirmation.

However, we'd like to let you know that PhonePe payment app should be installed or available in your phone. This payment option is available only in selected regions.

Moreover, we'd like to let you know that your order has been shipped through 'E Kart Logistics'. The order will reach you by February 15, 2019.




I would like to let you know that the seller has arranged a replacement for the product and it'll be shipped after the pickup of the originally delivered product is done and confirmed by the courier service provider. The pickup will be completed by 7 PM today.







Wallet Activation and Transfer Steps

Tagging: Payments / Wallet > Enquiry related to Wallet, EMI Usage > Enquiry about usage of wallet > solved

Please follow the below steps to activate your Flipkart wallet:

1. Go to “My Account” Page by clicking on the top right corner
2. On My Accounts, Under My Wallet compartment, you will see an option of Flipkart money. Click on “Activate Now”
3. If you clicks on “View Wallet” option under My wallet, he will be taken to another page. On top of that page, you will get the option of Flipkart Money. Click on “Activate Now"
4. Next you will see “Flipkart Money Activate” Page. Now enter your Name,Email ID & Phone number (if it is not pre-filled)
5. Next Click on “Confirm” once all his details have been filled. After that, your account will be activated.

You can also transfer your wallet amount to your linked bank account through below steps:

1. Go to ‘My Wallet’ and click on ‘Withdraw’
2. You will be prompted to log in to PhonePe
3. PhonePe wallet balance details will be displayed
4. Choose the bank account to which the amount has to be transferred (To transfer to an account that's not linked, click on ‘add an account’ and enter the details)
5. Once the bank account is chosen, click on ‘Withdraw’, the amount will be credited to the selected bank account instantly

- Gift Card - 24 hours

- PhonePe wallet - 24 hours

- PhonePe UPI - 1 business day

- PhonePe Credit/Debit card - 7 business days



Note: Do not share these refund timeline if the order is already cancelled and refund timeline is already generated, assist the customer accordingly.
