We understand your concern that you want to pay Cash on delivery to online.

We are sorry for the trouble you had to go through.

We'd like to let you know that you can still convert the Cash on Delivery transaction to prepaid using PhonePe payment option via payment link in the Out for delivery SMS from Ekart.

-Once the Cash on Delivery orders have been marked as 'Out for Delivery', eligible customers can pay using PhonePe payment option via the payment link in the Out for delivery SMS from Ekart (Only if the shipment is eligible)
-The payment link would remain active until the time of delivery
-Once the payment is successfully made, the payment will start reflecting as 'Prepaid' in Wishmasters device
-You will get an OTP for the transaction which needs to be shared with the Wishmaster for payment confirmation

Eligibility criteria to avail COD to POD payment conversion
-Courier service provider is Ekart
-Current payment mode is CoD (Cash on Delivery)
-PhonePe payment app should be installed/ available
-This payment option is available only in selected regions

Available Payment methods:
-PhonePe UPI
-Saved Credit/Debit cards.

We are sorry for the trouble you had to go through.

We would like to let you Cash on Delivery (CoD) transactions to Prepaid from Self-Serve (Pay Now) option has been discontinued.

However, we would like to let you know that the Wishmaster from 'Ekart Logistics' will be carrying a card swiping machine at the time of the delivery and you can use your credit or debit card to pay for your order.

We'd like to let you know that we tried to get in touch with you on 'xxxxxxxxxxxxx' and 'xxxxxxxxxxxxx' but could not reach you.

We understand that you would like to pay for your order 'xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx' for 'xxxxxxxxxxxxxx' before the delivery.

However, this option is available through Self-serve and only after the order is placed with COD payment option.

Below are the eligibility criteria to avail the COD to Prepaid payment conversion:

- Orders with single unit
- From 'Approved till dispatched', the COD to POD option is available for all courier service providers. Once the item is 'Dispatched till OFD', the COD to POD option is available only for Ekart shipments
- The status of the order is between 'Approved to OFD'
- Current payment mode is COD (Cash on Delivery)
- You can change the payment mode through Self-serve (web/app) or using the link provided via an/sms

Payment methods available are:

-Debit Card
-Credit card
-Netbanking
-EMI payments
-PhonePe UPI

Steps to make payment:

- You will see a new button 'PAY NOW' on web/ App under 'Track your order' page as shown below only if all the above criterias are met:
- Once you click on this button, a new page will open up with the list of payment options
- You will have the option to select from Net banking, Credit Card, Debit Card and PhonePe upi account to make the payment (EMI, EGV payment method will not be available)
- Once the payment is successful, you will be redirected to 'Order Details' page with the new payment mode and appropriate message
- Payment information will be sent to EKL and payment mode will be updated to prepaid, so that EKL will not ask customer for payment at the time of delivery
- If the payment is unsuccessful, fails, you will see a failure message and can retry the payment after 30 mins.
