I would like to let you know that ‘Pay Now' is a new feature that lets you change your Cash on Delivery order to prepaid before they are ’Out for Delivery’.
Below is the eligibility criteria to avail the Cash On Delivery to Prepaid payment conversion :
The 'Pay Now' feature will only be available on Cash on Delivery orders with a single item, that are shipped through Ekart Logistic. The feature will only be available till the item is 'Out for Delivery'.
You can change the payment mode from your end using our Website or our Application or using the link provided to you via an/SMS.
Payment methods available are: Debit Card, Credit card, Netbanking, PhonePe.
You will also, receive a SMS with with the link to pay through PhonePe app, once your order is out for delivery.
IF card on delivery available on pin code (only for EKL) :
Also, you can pay with your Credit Card and Debit Card for the same at the time of delivery as the Wishmaster will bring the Point of Sale (POS) machine along with him at the time of delivery.
