* We could ask for help from volunteers during the weekends (mary mentioned that there's people asking on dog baths or walks) for those of us who have numerous pets and don't have enough time. (make sure we can get a recommendation about the volunteer's responsibility.)
* Make sure that we get a response from the lawyer regarding the legalization of the association.
* Establish the current funds on Huellita's bank account to run an analysis about future fund raising act.
* Arrange who can go speak at schools/neighborhoods during the morning to set appointments and give educational speeches to the children regarding pet care.
* Check on how our goal of setting up the clinic is going so far, this since most of the goals that were set last year haven't a follow up.
* Arrange to have meetings every once in a while to discuss general matters regarding the association's progress and future activities.
* We all need to be identified, we left the T-shirt subject aside for along time already; this needs to be taken care of ASAP. (this is absolutely necessary for the activities that we will have so we all can be identified as staff of the association.
* Make sure to mention the commitment of the volunteers towards the association so we know who we can count on for the activities.
