if cx contacted with in refund SLA, request the cx to wait till promise SLA date and inform that refund will be credited and share the last 3 digits of the account number available on Smart Assist for IMPS/NEFT over the call & SMS.
Tagging : Create Incident >>> Refunds >>> Refund related enquiry >>> Refund Status enquiry >>> CS Voice >>> waiting for internal update
If the refund reference number (ARN/RRN) is available on Smart Assist share the details with the customer over an SMS
If NOT share the SLA details with the customer over an SMS
Share the last 3 digits of the account number available on Smart Assist for IMPS/NEFT refund over SMS and call
For the Sms to the cx , we have to go to the incident:- refund status enquiry>> click on right side notes>> select the cx primery number>>
select Reason:- refubnd related enquiry> SElect sub reason :- refund confirmation.>> submit.? we can edit the sms that we have to send it to cx.
