august 17, was like any other day for the K9 unit of Officer Steoh Murray and K9 officer MacGreogor. The tow had just finished up showing off commands to the community at the metropolitain day fair and you could see, that hey were more than just partners, they were best friends.

But that day came to a devastating end when the two took one final call before heading off duty. That night, K9 officer Macgregor showed up for duty. He did exactly what he was trained to do, to protect the community, to keep us safe, and to work alongside his partner. Instead, he was assaulted in the line of duty with a beer bottle, weiled by the defendat who comptletly smahed his skull and even fractured his jaw bone. Three days late, Officer Steph Murray lost his partner Macgregor, who succumbed to the injires he sustaiend that fateful night.

Tonight, we the prosection will show that the defendant, charlie quinn is responible for Macgregor's murder on tow charges. The first being that she needlessly killed a law enforcemnt anime, and the second being that she needlessly killed an animal.

In order to do this, we will prove that
a. Charlie Quinn purposely killed Macgregor the night of August 17, 2017, meaning that she acted with intnent when she struck the K9.
b. That macgregor was owned by the metropolitan police department with officer murray as his handler.
c. that ms quinn knew Macgreor was owned by the police department that night.

We the prosecution will call 3 witnesses: Officer Steph Murray, Mr. Lew Olden, and Dr. Carlin George.
Officer Murray will testify to the events that led to his partner, MacGreogr's death.
Mr. Lew Olden will detail the events that occured thaat night on his property olden mills, as an eye witness. And dr. Carlin george will conclude that Macgregors death was caused by the injuries he sustained the night of Augst 17th, at the hands of the defendant.

The defnse will also call three witnesses to the stant: the defndant charlie quinn, Kal simpson, and Dr. Mell allen.
In response to the chares, they will falsey claim that the defenat acted under duress, that she was just trying to defendt her friend, Kal simpson. However, it will be made evident that ms quinn put ms simpson and herslef into a dangerous situation, making duress compeltly invalid.
She broght Ms. Simpson to a property she knew she was not allowed to be on. She broght ms simpsom t a property to engage in illegal activy, and above all, she broght her bestifiend, who you will learn was extermly afrad of dogs to a property where she knew there lived a terrifying dog. Ms Quin did not care about anyone but herslef that night, she was ready to put her friend in a traumatic position hust to have a little fun.
Members of the jury, the evidence from tonights case will prove beyond a reasonale doubt that a well established pillarof the community and the community's best friend, was the vicitim of the defendant's grave, irreversable assault. Charlie quinn purposely killed macgregor in the line of duty and they only way to serve justice of MacGredor's death is by finding Ms quinn guilty.
