We understand your issue about the cancellation for the product 'Crompton Maxi Grind Ameo 750 Mixer Grinder' with the order ID 'OD117406750378857000'.

We are sorry to let you know that your order has been canceled as the seller’s partnered courier service provider could not find anyone at the delivery address to collect the package despite several attempts.

We see that the courier service provider tried to deliver the shipment on January 02, 2020, January 05, 2020 and January 06, 2020, but couldn't find anyone at the delivery address to collect the package despite several attempts.

We assure you that feedback has been shared with the sellers and they'll do their best to minimize such instances in the future.

If you’d still like to buy the product, you can place a new order for it anytime. Please make sure that either you, a friend or a family member is available at the address to collect the package when it is out for delivery.

Also, we'd like to let you know that the seller has refunded Rs. 2749/- for your order to your Credit Card on January 07, 2020. This will be credited to your account by January 15, 2020, as per standard banking procedures.

Please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction of your credit card before reaching out to the bank.

If you do not receive the refund by the time mentioned, please let us know and we’ll help you out.
