We'd like to let you know that the courier service providers will reattempt the delivery on 2020-01-12 23:59:59, 2020-01-13 23:59:59 and 2020-01-15 23:59:59 and they will make at least three attempts to deliver your shipment. The Wishmaster from Ekart Logistics will call you only if they're unable to locate your address or to confirm your availability.

However, you can contact the Wishmaster at your convenience through a secure connection using the number that you would have received with the out for delivery SMS and dial-in the PIN.

While we understand that you would like to change the contact number for your order, we're sorry to let you know that the seller will not be able to fulfill your request as it has already been {shipped/ processed}.

If you'd like, you could ask a friend or a family member to collect the package on your behalf from the current address. If that is not possible, then you could cancel and place a fresh order to be delivered at a different address. You can also choose to get the product delivered at a pickup store if there is one in your area. You would need to place the order from our mobile app to check the availability of a pickup store.

In future, you can choose to update the delivery address for your orders through our website and app in 3 simple steps:

1. Visit 'My Orders' section of your Flipkart account: http://fkrt.it/bqWLi~NN
2. Select the order for which you’d like the address to be updated
3. Tap 'Change’ icon next to the current address and add new delivery address

Please note that this option will be available only if the address can be changed based on the status of your order.
