on the 17th of September I was on the bus (12 if the number is needed) with Macy Keenan and she asked if I would get off with her and I said yes because even though we weren't friends at the time we were civil and we live down the road from each other so I saw no reason why not too. we got off in grange park I don't know exactly where I know it was next to a small park (not boundary park just a small park with things to climb on). we went to her house because she needed to get something and after she got what she needed we went to my house to ask my mum if we could go to King's coat park. my mum said we could go and she gave me 2 pounds 50 pence and then we set off we went through the park and to the shop I got some sweets and Macy got a rockstar energy drink, we went back to the park . some people who Macy knew (i knew 2 of them but 1 I didn't) and she started acting annoying and I was getting irritated to i said to her "your annoying me , stop or I'm leaving" (not an exact quote) she said "fine" so I left and when I was halfway out of the park she ran up saying she was sorry and we had a small conversation about random things that aren't important to anything . she proposed we went to boundary park in grange park. we walked there and when we arrived she said "is that Paige baren in the park. (and I believe) fuck her (I couldnt hear what she said clearly so I may have misheard her im not in any way saying that is definatly what she said) " so we got tothe actual park (the playround bit) and paige was there (paige is a girl macy does not like and has drama with , they dont like each other because macy went round saying she was going to batter paige and paige found out and macy went to paige's house and aparently yelled at her mums face so paige and lacey morgan ( paiges best friends and me girl we went to school with)) so lacey and paige, with their friends, came over , lacey hugged me because we hadnt seen each other in ages and we're friends and macy had gone all quiet when shes usually gobby and acts like she could beat you up . so lacey asked me if shes usually this quiet and I sad no and told her how she usually acts , I stuck with lacey because we are friends so I defended paige becuase macy was in the wrong . (while we were there I basically just told lacey how she usually acts and what she does and what she said about paige). when we left (i wasn't walking with her, just behind her) so she started arguing with me and we argued until we had to go separate ways and I just said Macy needed to stop saying she was going to scrap everyone and that scrapping won't solve her problems it will make them worse. she kept saying she had grown up but with the following events she hasnot. so I got home and at 9:02 I sent a message saying "we aren't a fight anywhere i CBA (can't be arsed)" i sent this because i saw messages on a group chat saying she was going to scrap me and she sent "Caitlin (Braithwaite) scrap me u sket" and people were talking about where to do it . and we had a small argument after I sent my first message where I refused to fight her and she basically said she was going to jump me ( i have screenshots of what she said I can email them to someone if needed) I think that's all if Macy adds anything I would be happy to fact check it because she has already lied about something in this thing.

sidenote: Cerys Jones messaged Macy saying it was unacceptable what she was doing because she was making me miss school and Macy said at the bus stop I said I would slap her which I didn't in fact she past me and said "Cerys didn't say ought" she said this because I told her Cerys told me she wasn't macys friend which was true and Cerys told me this because Macy just goes up to her group and starts talking . I replied to her comment with "your just petty" I did NOT say I would hurt her in any way

extra side note from my mum: she says if this issue is not resolved or I am harmed in any way by a said person she will be taking legal action
