AMOUNT BLOCKED (explaining EMI process)

I would like to let you know that when you place an order using the EMI mode of payment, the entire order value is blocked from the credit limit available on your Credit Card.

The amount is charged on a monthly basis based on the bill generated by your Bank.

As each installment is paid, the corresponding amount gets unblocked from your credit limit and is made available for your use.

NO COST EMI


I would like to let you know that ‘Credit Card No Cost EMI’ is one of the prepaid payment modes with which you can shop for items from select sellers on Flipkart with no interest and zero down payment.

Once the payment is completed using this mode, an instant discount will be applied for the amount you are charged as interest by the bank ensuring you do not incur any additional EMI charges.

The monthly installments will be deducted from your Credit Card.

This option helps you pay for select items listed by specific sellers, with an EMI plan of your choice without any interest.

The monthly installments are deducted by Bajaj Finserv from the bank account linked to your Bajaj Finserv EMI Card.

Unlike other Credit Card based EMI options, you don't need to have a credit card to avail EMI plans.

I understand your concern about the pickup centre address at your location.

I'd like to let you know that Flipkart offers pickup of your package as an option to customer through its trusted courier partner.

-How to know if your area has Self Pickup Service:

During Checkout, once you fill either one of the following - Pin code or Address or Landmark, you will be given a list of possible pickup points where you can walk in and collect your shipments.

Once your shipment has reached the specified self-pickup outlet, you will be notified via SMS along with
1)A One Time Pin (OTP)
2)A route map of the pickup point (This service many not available now)

-What you'll need to pick up your shipments:

1) Step into the chosen pickup store
2) 4 digit OTP pin & showcase a valid photo-id to the store manager in order to collect your package
3) We accept the following Photo-ids: PAN, Driving License, Aadhar Card, College ID card, Employer ID card, Voters id card, Government approved cards, Photo printed Credit/Debit card, Bank Passbook

-How to make payments (In case of COD Orders):

You can make your payments directly at the pickup. You can choose to pay either by cash/ card at all our pickup points.

-What happens if you fail to collect my order within 05 working days of being informed:

If you fail to collect your shipment within 05 working days, the shipment will go back to the warehouse. Your order will be cancelled and you will have to reorder the product again from our website. A full refund will be initiated from our end in case amount already paid.

I would request you to send the below mentioned details within 72 hours:

1) First six and last four digits of the card (Debit/Credit, EX: 123456XX XXXX 3456)
2) Date of transaction
3) How many times amount got debited against Flipkart?
4) Exact amount debited against Flipkart (for multiple transaction cases, get individual transaction amounts)
5) Contact number
