REACTIVATE

I understand that you want to reactivate your account.

Here are the steps to reactivate your Flipkart account:

1. Account reactivation can be done through desktop site only.

2. Login with registered email id or mobile number and password combination used prior to deactivation.

Your Flipkart account will be reactivated and all default settings will be applied.

If the 'Password' is forgotten:

1) You need to enter the registered email id/phone no
2) Click on forgot the password
3) You will receive an OTP by email or phone no
4) Enter OTP and create a new password
5) Click on re-activate tab

ACCOUNT DEACTIVATION

I request you to do it online by logging into My Account page.

1. Go to My Account

2. Go to Settings > Deactivate

3. Enter your account’s password

4. Click Confirm deactivation

5. Once you deactivates the account then you will be logged out from Account

6. Your reviews/ratings are still visible

7. You will be unsubscribed from receiving promotional emails from Flipkart

8. Your account data will be retained and will be restored in case customer chooses to reactivate the account

Note: Once you re-login via desktop site only with their previous credentials, the account will be reactivated)

CHANGE PASSWORD

I understand that you want to change your Flipkart account password.

This can be done through My Account.

1. Go to My Account
2. Go to Settings > Change Password
3. Enter Old password
4. Enter New password
5. Retype the New Password
6. Enter the OTP triggered to Mobile number/Email ID
7. Click on Change password

ALTERNATE CONTACT (change contact details)

I understand that you would like to change the contact number for your order. I am sorry to let you know that the seller will not be able to fulfill your request as it has already been shipped.

However, the seller has added an alternate contact number and the Wishmaster from 'Ekart Logistics' may call you on xxxxx, xxxxx to check if you're around to receive the order or if they're not able to locate your address. You can also have a friend, family member or a neighbour collect the item on your behalf if you like.

In future, you can choose to update the contact number for your orders through our website and app in 3 simple steps:

1. Visit 'My Orders' section of your Flipkart account: http://fkrt.it/bqWLi~NN
2. Select the order for which you’d like the contact number to be updated
3. Tap 'Change’ icon next to the current address and add new contact number

Please note that this option will be available only if the contact number can be changed based on the status of your order.

ORDER HISTORY DELETION:

I am sorry to let you know that to ensure that all customers have the access to view their past orders, the option to delete order history is currently not available. Order history also allows customers features like being able to download the invoice anytime they like.
