But in this case we truly are different, in a sort of dangerous way. We're ripping away some of the restrictions (Yay!) in HL2RP, Allowing new players to be more involved and veteran players enjoying what they like best in HL2RP.
I'll get to the juice:
- No Civil Protection Applications. (Though you're welcome to attempt an application in-game via RP)
- Real and actual in-game Civil Protection Training, we're not going to just show you how to swing a stun stick and throw you outside to patrol. You get legit training for most if not all aspects of being a CP.
- Divisions are developed through actual RP, and are not just created from the start.
- Less restrictive RP, tired of /me'ing everything? Well fear not! Any action that makes more sense without being /me'd no longer requires it. (Want to bail from a CP about to detain you? Run! But the CP will do just the same and act without any delays.) Keep in mind non-hostile actions as simple as tripping over the curb are encouraged to be /me'd.
For now those are just four much different things from other servers that we're planning on doing.
