1. How are going to scope this entire action item ? meaning, for each cell present in excel, there can be multiple use-cases, different expected User experience (than usual happy flow). Should we not document User Acceptance Test-cases and get an approval from GA on those ? Unless frozen scope (which includes use-cases) we can not calculate ETA.
1.1. Cell D8 - On End-user change, it says Party should be deleted and re-generated, but we have many different parties. Which parties should get deleted & re-generated? all or specific?
1.2. Cell D9 - On Vendor Change, Credit Line should be 'Deleted and Re-generated'. What does it mean ? De-linked and Linked ? If yes, Balance updation will have to up implemented custom as product does not support balance updation on de-linking.
1.3. Equipments are asked to Retained, What should happen to Equipment Funding Details ? Should it not change to have new End-user ?
1.4. Cell C15 - Fees get defaulted from Product on Application Creation, Product does not provide global API to re-default Fees. So this will be new custom code. is GA okay for this ?
2. If Equipments are to be retained on Program Change, What if new selected Program does have Product Type different than current ? Residual Defaulting (and overriding?) will change. How user will know he will have to update Residuals ? Currently, no way to update Default Residuals.
3. What should happen to Uploaded documents ?
4. Transaction Management - Each code code represents group of actions those should be performed (automatically) on User Action. What should happen if one of that action fails, others should go through or rolled back ? Same goes across diff color groups.
For ex: In case of End-user change, color group 1 (exposure) and Color Group 3 (Party) is supposed to get deleted & re-generated. What should happen if Party re-generation fails ? should we proceed with other remaining actions ? should we roll-back previous performed actions ? (may or may not be feasible).
For ex: On end-user change, Install Address & Billing address is supposed to be re-defaulted. What if system does not find primary address (at all levels) to default ? should we abort & roll-back ? Expected System behaviour ?
