Our government will be representative council composed of 5% of the adult population (every resident 15+) and require a 75% approval rating for a law to be passed through, then requiring 60% of adult population approval. The colony is located at Mason Neck, a peninsula on the Potomac River on the border of modern day Virginia and Maryland. Each family will own a piece of land that they are free to farm whatever and however they want. Each citizen will be required to give 2.5% of their resources to the storage house in case of emergency. The colony will have a village center along the river that will be set up in two concentric circles. The outer circle will hold all of the houses while the inner circle will hold the government building, the religious centers, a town market, and a storage house. The storage house will hold food and some building materials as well as weapons and have a bunker under it in case the colony is attacked.
