Kirk Halen bekar. En son romantizmi, kendisinden 5 yaş büyük olan Cindy Violet Porter adında bir birlikteydi. Ayrıldılar çünkü Cindy, Kirk'ün bir çok kez yetersiz davrandığını hissetti.
Kirk'ün en iyi arkadaşı Robin Welch adında bir genç. Çok sıkı bir dostlukları var. Ayrıca Reece Gordon ve Wanda Mitchell ile takılıyor. Arabalar üzerinde birlikte çalışmaktan ve yasa dışı sokak yarışlarında yarışmaktan zevk alırlar.
