Cx stated that the item got picked up but the pick up tracking status was updated as cancelled, Hence agent has issued the concession.
Cx has self returned the item & it has reached the FC . Hence agent has issued the concession.
The item got picked up & reached FC on 5 August, Agent issued refund on 8 August. Instead agent should have issued the refund after 3 days are passed.
