Invoice for Warranty---
You can use the invoice copy provided along with the product as a warranty card (invoice copy itself will act as a valid warranty card) to avail any services at the brand authorized service center within the warranty period.

ORDER NOT DELIVERED---
Invoice Request:-
The invoice will be sent along with your order and will also be available on the Order page of your Flipkart Account. You can download a copy from there.
Change in Billing Name / Address:-
Sorry, the billing name/address on the invoice cannot be modified once the order is placed. If you want, you can place a new order with the required details.

Customer wants the invoice in another person's name or with a different billing address---
I would like to Let know that the modification in the name or billing address on the invoice is not possible.

Customer claims that the mobile number is not visible on the Invoice:--
Let me Inform you that due to safety & securities reasons, mobile numbers will not be visible.

Customers want a hard copy of the invoice---
I would like to Let you know that the seller will not be able to re-send a hard copy of invoice and the same can be downloaded from the order section of your Flipkart account and printed as required.

Communication guidelines - Invoice Requests/Modification:

Invoice modification denial----- <_customer name_>, I understand that you want to change the <_change type_> in the invoice for your order. But, I am sorry, as the invoice has already been generated, it cannot be modified now due to legal restrictions.

Communication guidelines - Invoice Copy as a Warranty Card:

Will the Warranty card inside the product package be considered as a valid warranty card due without the seal and signature of the dealer on it ???----
<Customer name>, I’m happy to let you know that the copy of the Invoice will serve as a warranty card and you’ll be able to avail services at the brand’s authorised service center within the warranty period.

Why do you not seal the warranty card and send it with the product ????----
<Customer name> to seal the warranty card, seller needs to open the product package as the warranty card is placed inside. Rest assured, your invoice copy can be used as a warranty card to avail services from the brand.

[[ Address change requests ]]

if address change can be done---
The address for your order has been updated based on your request. You will receive the shipping confirmation once the item is shipped to the new address.
if the new address is serviceable---

If the seller is NON - Flipkart Advantage and seller has approved the order, the DT is disabled----

I understand you’d like to change your address <_Customer name_>. The address for which the order was placed has been approved by the seller. So, we’ll not be able to take in this request.

Would it be possible for a friend or family member to collect the package on your behalf from there?

<If the customer says yes, continue with your usual call>

(If the customer insists that he wants to change the address)

I understand that you want <_product name_> delivered to a different address. You can cancel this order and place a fresh one to the desired address.

If a Flipkart Advantage seller is and pick list is created, the DT is disabled---

I understand you’d like to change your address <_Customer name_>. We’ll not be able to take in this request as the seller has processed your order so that it can delivered on time to the address listed while buying <_product name_>.

Would it be possible for a friend or family member to collect the package on your behalf from there?

If the order contains replacement item only, the DT disabled----

I understand you want <_product name_> to be delivered to a different address <_Customer name_>. But as your earlier product was shipped to the address <_state the address_> its replacement will also be sent to the same place.

If an order has been shipped post which customer asks for address change, then the order has to Cancelled (Courier Return) and a fresh order has to be placed. (In case of both EKL and 3PL)-----
