教育委員会には教員の人事権（これを畏れてる？）・生徒の入学転校の認可権があるが、
実情は事務局の出したものを追認するだけになってるようだ。

事務局や校長は､教員の昇進先のようなので、地元の学校との繋がりがあるしね…。
まぁなんにしても虐めの解決機能は期待出来ないね（むしろ事態が悪化しそう）
やっぱり、イジメ､あるいは揉めごとを（教育委員に）報告した件数だけ、
情報提供すればするほど、査定を上げるとかしたらいいのか。どうしたら優しい学校がつくれるんだろ…
とりあえず学校一択じゃなくて選択肢をくれ！生涯学習と教育機会確保はいつになったら実現するん（とくに地方）
戦後一時期やってた教育委員を選挙で決めることを辞めてしまったので
