We understand your concern that you want to change your payment method for your order 'OD113237948222111000'.
We are sorry to let you know that the Cash on Delivery payment method can not be changed to EMI option after placing an order due to this seller will not be able to help you out.
However, you can convert your COD order to prepaid using Pay Now.
Pay Now is a new feature that lets you easily convert your Cash on Delivery purchases to prepaid.
Important point to for COD to prepaid order:
1. Orders with single unit
2. The status of the order is between 'Approved to OFD' for Ekart and 'Approved to Dispatched for other courier service providers.
3. Current payment mode is COD (Cash on Delivery)
4. Through Self-serve (app) or using the link provided to customers via an email/sms
The steps for converting the convert COD order to Prepaid is given below:
1. You will see a new button 'PAY NOW' on App only if all the above criterias are met
2. This will also be available to you when a Dispatched communication is triggered through an email
3. Once you click s on this button, a new page will open up with the list of payment options
4. You will have the option to select from Net banking, Credit Card, Debit Card to make the payment (EMI, EGV, Wallet payment method will not be available)
5. Once the payment is successful, you will be redirected to 'Order Details' page with the new payment mode and appropriate message
6. Payment information will be sent to courier service providers and payment mode will be updated to prepaid, so that Wishmaster will not ask you for payment at the time of delivery
7. If the payment is unsuccessful/ fails, you will see a failure message and can retry the payment after 30 minutes
