Epic Games is looking for a temporary University Recruiting Coordinator. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be the channel between candidates and recruiters. You will be the captain of ensuring the interview coordination process for all candidates is a remarkable experience.

Responsibilities:

Scheduling high-volume student interviews for various Epic office locations across multiple time zones
Assist with bulk resume reviews for internships
Assist with high-volume informational candidate phone screens
Manage student job postings on university sites
Assist with logistics for campus recruiting events
Generating candidate interview schedule
Coordinate intern morale/team building events
General Recruiting department admin support
Qualifications:

Solid experience with heavy scheduling
Extremely detail oriented with strong communication and follow through
Ability to anticipate problems and troubleshoot solutions quickly
Experience with Google applications (calendar, Gmail, hangouts)
Ability to shift priorities last minute
Impeccable organization skills
Experience communicating with teams at all levels
Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information

Our client, a large reputable company located in Los Angeles, is looking for a proven and experience Sr. Contract Recruiter to fill in for a current staff on leave. This may have the potential for perm if the staff does not return. The Sr. Contract Recruiter will help with a variety of full-cycle recruiting efforts for various positions.

Handle 15 to 25 open reqs of diverse positions
Develop a pipeline of passive candidates and work with their inhouse ATS system (Taleo).
There are a variety of both technical and professional positions that need to be filled, so previous exposure to technical recruiting is highly desired.
Provide excellent candidate experience from beginning to end.
Responsible for all scheduling of interviews and prescreen
Produce internal and external recommendations
Prep new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations
Post job opportunity advertisements thru various resources
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have both agency and in-house /corporate recruiting experience.
3+ years of full-cycle recruitment / talent acquisitions experience
Proficiency with office applications and software, ATS (Taleo preferred) as well as social media platforms
Desire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks
Highly professional, exercise good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity

The Agent Readiness Team is tasked with delivering a best in class experience to newly contracted and existing agents as they certify for client programs. As an Associate Learning Facilitator, you will have the opportunity to support a group of agents through the certification process for select clients. This is a seasonal, part-time contract opportunity. Associate facilitators in this role will support certification classes. Hours per week will vary dependent upon class schedules and could range from 10 to 35.

Candidates with call center experience, experience with high-end retail customer service are highly encouraged to apply.

Educators are encouraged to apply as there may be opportunities to limit hours to nights and weekends for now, with extended hours available during school breaks.

Responsibilities:


Quickly familiarize self with Liveops new-agent material and client-specific certification materials.

Comfort with fast-paced environment and change
Skill in engaging learner attention and participation in online classroom activities
Ability to follow Facilitator Guides to deliver content confidently and accurately
Understanding of best practices for facilitating live online learning events
Flexibility to be available for evening and/or weekend responsibilities
Above average skills when working with Microsoft word, Excel, and PowerPoing
Demonstrated ability and desire to be proactive and take ownership of results
Familiarity with call center operations
Proven excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

Qualifications
Requirements for the position include:
A bachelor’s degree from a U.S. institution and a minimum of 4 years' experience as a contract specialist, paralegal or similar experience involving preparation, review and negotiation of detailed contracts and related documents
Strong verbal communication and technical legal writing skills; ability to communicate legal issues to diverse audiences
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to handle high volume workload and multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Knowledge of sports and major international competitions
Law firm, in-house legal department or comparable experience in a contract/legal document intensive environment preferred
Experience in and knowledge of sports marketing industry a plus
Availability to occasionally provide support to non-US-based managers outside of established business hours
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel
Fluency in English
Fluency in a second language a plus
